Integrations connect Kelasa to your company’s tools, in both directions: they give workflows and the assistant actions to perform in those tools, and they can feed content into your knowledge base.

Connecting a tool

Open Integrations, pick a tool from the marketplace, and connect it — for most tools that’s a standard OAuth consent flow, done in under a minute. Kelasa manages the credentials securely from there; connections are scoped to your workspace, and admins can disconnect a tool at any time. The catalog spans the common categories — communication (Slack), development (GitHub, Linear), productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), CRM, HR, IT management tools, and more. If a tool you need is missing, request it from the marketplace and the Kelasa team will review it.

What a connection enables

  • Actions — workflows and the assistant can act in the connected tool: create issues, send messages, look up records, update fields. Side-effecting actions always go through confirmation and your workspace’s governance rules.
  • Knowledge sync — tools with knowledge content sync it into your workspace’s knowledge base automatically after connecting.
  • Triggers — some tools (e.g. GitHub, Linear) can start workflows when events happen in them. See Triggers.
